/package/create
A view of the package module, defined in kernel/package/module.php and run by kernel/package/create.php.
Address
/package/create/(creator)/<Creator>/(node)/<NodeID>/(subtree)/<Subtree>/(classes)/<IncludeClasses>/(versions)/<Versions>Unordered parameters, in any order as /(name)/value: (creator) sets Creator, (node) sets NodeID, (subtree) sets Subtree, (classes) sets IncludeClasses, (versions) sets Versions.
Who may open it
The user needs this policy function:
A policy on package/* (every function) also grants it; limitations of the policy (section, subtree, class ...) still apply where the view checks them.
