A view of the setup module, defined in kernel/setup/module.php and run by kernel/setup/languages.php.

/setup/languages/(show)/<Show>/(locale)/<Locale>Unordered parameters, in any order as /(name)/value: (show) sets Show, (locale) sets Locale.
