The ezcss_load template operator
Registered in extension/ezjscore/autoloads/eztemplateautoload.php by the class ezjscPackerTemplateFunctions (extension/ezjscore/autoloads/ezjscpackertemplatefunctions.php).
The same class also registers: ezscript, ezscript_require, ezscript_load, ezscriptfiles, ezcss, ezcss_require, ezcssfiles.
