The ezini_hasvariable template operator #

Registered in kernel/common/eztemplateautoload.php by the class eZURLOperator (kernel/common/ezurloperator.php). The same class also registers: ezurl, ezroot, ezdesign, ezimage, exturl, ezsys, ezhttp, ezhttp_hasvariable, ezini.

The operator works on its input: the value before |.
